All of the clutch bags and purses are handmade in small batches here in my home studio. This means that each one may be a tiny bit different to the one that came before it, and yours will be unique to you. Please know that all products do undergo a strict quality control process so only the best product is shipped. I give the ones that don’t work out to my poor, sad friends. (They love it)
If you receive a product you are not happy with/is not what you were expecting, please contact me and we can help to resolve your issue within 14 days of purchase.
I’m hoping we can reach a resolution via email, but if not I’ll ask you to return your purchase within 14 days of our email conversation, in new unused condition. Buyers will be responsible for postage costs on returned items.
Caring for your DT Product:
I use the highest quality printing process possible to put our photography onto our products. This means that the photograph is printed into the fabric, not simply placed on top, and can be washed as with any other fabric, so the colours stay vibrant and the image will last a mega long time.
I recommend spot cleaning your bag with a damp cloth should the need present itself, rather than machine washing. A tiny bit of detergent on a damp cloth should bring it back to life. This is mostly to protect the suede used on the reverse of the bag, which can also be spot cleaned using the same method.
I have put one of the 9×6 clutches through the “pint of beer” test and it came out the other side good as new.
